Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information VYRDAI holds when you use the service, how it is used and stored, and how you can remove it. VYRDAI is operated by Robert Dosa (Timișoara, Romania).

VYRDAI is designed to be privacy-first. On the public parts of the service you are identified only by a generated creator identity (Creator-XXXXXX) and, if you choose to set them, an opt-in display name and short bio. Your real name, email address, and WordPress username are never shown publicly and are never returned by VYRDAI's public interfaces.

Account and identity

Login is handled by WordPress (the same account as robertdosa.ro). VYRDAI never receives or stores your password. VYRDAI reads a small amount of account information — your display name, membership tier, and credit balance — to personalise Studio. A session cookie set at login is used to recognise you as signed in.

Payments and membership

Paid memberships are processed by Stripe. VYRDAI does not see or store your card details. VYRDAI keeps its own record of your subscription status, plan, entitlements, and credit ledger so that Studio and the rendering queue work correctly. The credit ledger is append-only for accounting integrity.

Media you upload and videos you render

Audio and images you upload, and the videos VYRDAI renders from them, are treated as working files, kept only for the time your membership's retention window allows (from 7 days on the free tier up to the length of your subscription on paid tiers) and then removed. They are stored in a private Amazon S3 bucket and are served to you through short-lived, signed links — never public URLs.

Videos you publish to VYRDAI Social

When you publish a video to VYRDAI Social, VYRDAI makes a separate, frozen copy of that finished video so it stays available even after your original project is cleaned up. That copy exists for as long as the video is published. Unpublishing hides it; deleting it removes the copy. The video's title and description that you set are shown publicly with it.

Your public Social activity

On VYRDAI Social the following are public: your creator identity (and display name / bio if set), your published videos, the videos you like, the comments you write, and your follower and following counts. This information is visible to anyone, including people who are not signed in.

Private messages

A conversation and its messages are visible only to the two people in it. They are not public, are not shown to other users, and are not used for any purpose other than delivering the conversation. Message content is stored as plain text and is not shown to moderators when a conversation is reported — a moderator sees only that a conversation was reported, by whom, and the creator identities involved.

Notifications

VYRDAI creates in-app notifications for you when someone follows you, likes or comments on your video, or sends you a message. Notifications are private to you and are generated only from actions that actually happened. VYRDAI does not send marketing email, push, or browser notifications.

Reports and moderation

If you report content or a creator, VYRDAI stores the report — its category, your optional description, what was reported, and its status — so the team can review it. Reports and the record of moderation actions taken are retained for trust, safety, and audit purposes, including after the reported content or an account is removed. These records are never public and are visible only to VYRDAI administrators.

Creator Challenge

If you take part in a Creator Challenge, VYRDAI records your entry, the video you submit, and — where a challenge uses them — votes and judging results, under your creator identity. Any prize handling uses your VYRDAI credit balance, not payment details.

Publishing to TikTok and YouTube

If you connect a TikTok or YouTube account, VYRDAI holds the access needed to publish on your behalf, encrypted at rest. VYRDAI uses it only for publishing actions you start yourself, and never for anything beyond that. Disconnecting a platform removes that access.

Technical and log data

VYRDAI keeps operational logs (for example, request and error logs) needed to run and secure the service. For anti-abuse checks, VYRDAI derives a one-way hashed value from your IP address and browser at the moment of an action; the raw IP address is not stored with that record.

Cookies and local storage

VYRDAI uses the login session cookie described above. It uses Google Analytics only if you allow it — you control this from Studio Settings, and you can change your choice at any time. VYRDAI also stores a few small values in your browser's local storage for convenience, such as your analytics choice, which in-app notifications you have read or dismissed, and unsent drafts. These stay in your browser and are not sent to VYRDAI.

Deleting your account

You can delete your VYRDAI account yourself from Studio Settings. Deletion removes: your VYRDAI account and Social profile; your projects and renders; your published Social videos and their frozen copies; your likes, comments, follows, conversations, messages, blocks, and notifications; and your stored TikTok/YouTube access.

Two things are intentionally kept, and cannot be removed by self-service deletion: an anonymised credit-ledger history (kept for accounting integrity, with no active account attached), and trust-and-safety records — reports and moderation/audit events. Your WordPress account is not affected; VYRDAI cannot delete it.

Retention summary

• Source uploads and renders — your membership's retention window, then removed.
• Published Social video copies — while published.
• Social profile, likes, comments, follows, messages, notifications — until you delete them or your account.
• Credit ledger — retained, anonymised of any active account on deletion.
• Reports and moderation/audit records — retained for trust and safety.

Security

Media is stored in a private bucket and served only through short-lived signed links. Connected-account access is encrypted at rest. Identity and authorisation are always checked on the server; a signed-in user can only act as themselves and can only see their own private data.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly.
