Terms of Service
Last updated September 6, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of VYRDAI, including Studio, VYRDAI Social, and any other interface VYRDAI provides. VYRDAI is operated by Robert Dosa (Timișoara, Romania). By using VYRDAI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
VYRDAI is an integrated creative platform for turning music into video. VYRDAI analyzes the real signal of audio you provide — tempo, energy, structure — and renders a video against that analysis using a purpose-built rendering engine. VYRDAI does not use AI. The platform also includes an Editor for hands-on adjustment, a Publisher for sending a finished video to connected third-party platforms, and VYRDAI Social — a public community area where creators can publish their VYRDAI videos, follow other creators, like and comment, and message one another privately. Participation in Creator Challenge competitions is optional and subject to any additional rules published for each challenge.
Some features — including publishing to third-party platforms — require connecting the relevant account and are subject to that platform's own terms.
Accounts and authentication
Your VYRDAI account uses the same login as robertdosa.ro, provided through WordPress. VYRDAI never receives or stores your password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. VYRDAI reads basic account information (display name, membership, credit balance) to run Studio.
Membership and payments
VYRDAI's access tiers are: 432 Circle Member (free), 432 Outer Circle, 432 Inner Circle, 432 Circle Elite, and 432 Circle VIP. Paid memberships are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis; your subscription status and entitlements are then maintained by VYRDAI. Prices, credit allowances, and tier benefits are shown on the Pricing page and may change. Cancelling a paid subscription is done through Stripe or your account page; cancellation stops future billing and, at the end of the paid period, returns the account to the free tier.
Credits
Rendering a video consumes credits. Each membership includes a credit allowance that refreshes each billing period; allowances do not roll over. Your current balance is always visible in Studio. A single project counts as one render regardless of how many output formats it produces. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable or refundable except where required by law.
Your content
You retain ownership of the audio and images you upload and of the videos VYRDAI renders from them. You are responsible for holding the rights to any material you upload and for how you use, publish, or share the result. By publishing a video to VYRDAI Social or entering it in a Creator Challenge, you grant VYRDAI a non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, and distribute that video and its metadata (title, description) within VYRDAI and to the people who can view it, for as long as it remains published. You can unpublish or delete a published video at any time.
Free-tier exports carry a small VYRDAI watermark that shows only your privacy-safe VYRDAI creator identity — never your name or email. Paid tiers can turn the watermark off.
VYRDAI Social and community conduct
On VYRDAI Social you appear under a privacy-safe creator identity (Creator-XXXXXX), optionally with a display name and short bio you choose. Your published videos, likes, comments, follower counts, and following counts are public. Private messages are visible only to the two people in a conversation.
When using VYRDAI Social you agree not to:
- publish or send content you do not have the rights to use;
- publish or send unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or sexually exploitative content, or spam;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- harass, threaten, or abuse other creators through comments, messages, or any other feature;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service, its rate limits, or its moderation tools.
Moderation, reports, and suspension
Anyone signed in can report a video, comment, conversation, or creator. Reports are reviewed privately by VYRDAI. VYRDAI may remove content, hide comments, restrict messaging, suspend a creator profile, or terminate an account for a breach of these terms or for conduct that harms other users or the service. Records needed for trust, safety, and audit purposes — including reports and moderation actions — may be retained after content or an account is removed, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Blocking
You can block another creator. While a block is in place, neither person can start a new conversation with or send new messages to the other; an existing conversation stays readable but cannot receive new messages.
Acceptable use of Studio
- Don't upload content you don't have the rights to use.
- Don't use VYRDAI to create or publish unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service, the rendering queue, or the credit system.
Account deletion
You can delete your VYRDAI account yourself from Studio Settings. Deletion removes your VYRDAI-owned data — projects and renders, your Social profile and published videos, your likes, comments, follows, conversations, messages, blocks, and notifications. It does not delete your shared WordPress account, and it does not remove records VYRDAI must keep for accounting, trust, and safety (an anonymised credit-ledger history, and trust-and-safety reports and audit events). See the Privacy Policy for details. An account with an active paid subscription must cancel billing first.
Third-party services
VYRDAI relies on third parties: WordPress for login, Stripe for payments, TikTok and YouTube for optional direct publishing, Google Analytics (only if you allow it), and Amazon Web Services for hosting and media storage. Your use of a connected platform is also governed by that platform's terms, which VYRDAI cannot override.
Availability
VYRDAI is provided on an as-available basis and is under active development. Features described as "on the roadmap" or "coming soon" are not currently part of the service and are not guaranteed to ship on any particular timeline.
Intellectual property
The VYRDAI name, brand, interface, and rendering engine are the property of Robert Dosa. These terms do not grant you any rights in them beyond using the service as intended.
Limitation of liability
VYRDAI is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Robert Dosa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, from content published or sent by other users, or from the acts of third-party platforms.
Termination
Either you or VYRDAI may end your access to the service at any time. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership of your content, licences you granted for content still published, limitation of liability, and retention of trust-and-safety records) will continue to apply.
Changes to the service or these terms
VYRDAI may change, add, or remove features, and may update these terms. If these terms change in a material way, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
