VYRDAI Social

Future capability. VYRDAI Social is on the road and is not currently available. It is not shown in the Studio sidebar. This page describes the planned experience.

VYRDAI Social is planned as a public community area where you will be able to publish the videos you make with VYRDAI, discover other creators, and interact through likes, comments, and follows — separate from Studio. Studio is where you create; Social is where you share.

Your creator identity

On Social you appear under a generated creator identity (for example, Creator-1A2B3C). You can optionally set a display name and a short bio. Your real name, email address, and WordPress username are never shown on Social. Your public profile lives at /creator/<your-handle> and shows your published videos and your follower / following counts.

Publishing a video to Social

Publishing to VYRDAI Social is planned as a paid-tier feature. You would choose one of your finished VYRDAI videos, give it a title and description, and publish it. VYRDAI makes a separate, frozen copy of the finished video so it stays available on Social even after your original project's retention window closes. Each video can have one active Social publication at a time.

A video can be Public (shown in the feed and on your profile) or Unlisted (reachable by direct link only).

Managing your publications

From My Social you can edit a publication's title, description, and visibility; unpublish it (hidden from everyone but you, keeps the video so you can publish it again); or delete it (permanent — removes the copy and its likes and comments).

Discover, likes, comments, follows

  • Discover — a reverse-chronological feed of public videos.
  • Search — find creators and videos by name.
  • Likes — one like per video per account.
  • Comments — newest first; you can delete your own, and a video's owner can hide comments on their video.
  • Follows — follow a creator to see their new videos in your Following feed. Follower and following lists are public.

Anyone can browse public videos, profiles, and counts without signing in. Liking, commenting, following, and messaging require a signed-in account.

Reporting and blocking

You can report a video, comment, conversation, or creator. Reports are reviewed privately by VYRDAI. You can also block another creator — see Messaging.
