Troubleshooting
If something doesn't behave as expected, start by identifying what you were trying to do, what actually happened instead, whether the problem is limited to one area or affects the whole platform, and whether reconnecting, refreshing, or retrying resolves it.
Before you troubleshoot
- Refresh the page.
- Make sure you're logged in.
- If a platform is involved, verify that account is connected under Connected Accounts.
- Retry the action once.
- Make sure you're on the canonical VYRDAI Studio page for what you're doing.
Login / Logout
- I clicked Login but did not enter Studio
- Login takes you through WordPress authentication and returns you to Studio. If it doesn't complete, retry login, confirm the WordPress login itself succeeded, or return to the VYRDAI homepage and try again.
- The homepage still shows Login after I logged in
- A successful login should make the homepage show your logged-in state. If it doesn't, refresh the homepage, confirm WordPress login actually completed, and try logging in again.
- Logout doesn't seem to work
- Logout ends your VYRDAI/WordPress session and returns you to the homepage logged out. This is separate from TikTok and YouTube — logging out of VYRDAI does not disconnect either platform.
Connected Accounts
- TikTok or YouTube says it's not connected
- Go to Connected Accounts, connect the platform you need, then return to Publisher. YouTube and TikTok connections are independent of each other.
- Disconnecting one platform disconnected the other
- This isn't expected — YouTube and TikTok connections are kept independent. If you see this happen, reconnect the affected platform and treat it as unexpected behavior rather than something you did wrong.
Publisher
- Publisher says the account is not connected
- Connect the platform under Connected Accounts.
- I can't publish to TikTok / Direct Post fails
- TikTok Production OAuth and the Content Posting API are working. A public Direct Post is currently blocked by TikTok because VYRDAI's Content Posting API client has not yet completed TikTok's audit (TikTok error
unaudited_client_can_only_post_to_private_accounts). Use Draft, or set the Direct Post visibility to private. See the Publisher documentation for details. - TikTok post is private / restricted
- While VYRDAI's Content Posting API client is awaiting TikTok's audit, TikTok only allows a Direct Post to a private / self-only account regardless of the visibility chosen. This is a TikTok platform restriction, not a VYRDAI bug — use Draft to finish and post the video yourself in the TikTok app.
- TikTok Draft was sent but nothing was published
- This is expected — Draft intentionally sends your video to your TikTok inbox. Open TikTok yourself to finish editing and posting it there; nothing fails here.
- YouTube publishing failed
- Confirm YouTube is connected under Connected Accounts and retry. If Publisher shows a specific error message, that message reflects what actually happened.
Media
- Rendering does not start
- Confirm you've completed the Guardian steps and reached your Creative Blueprint, then use Start Rendering.
- Rendering appears stuck
- Rendering shows real progress, an ETA, and your position in queue. If you genuinely want to stop, use Cancel Rendering and start again from your Creative Blueprint. If a render fails, VYRDAI notifies you that rendering failed. If you refresh the page while rendering, VYRDAI reconnects to your in-progress render rather than losing it.
- Output doesn't appear as expected
- Once a render finishes, Output gives you Download, Edit, and Publish. See the Media documentation for what each does.
Editor
- Render is unavailable
- Render is enabled once your project has content to render — it's unavailable on an empty project.
- Publish is unavailable
- Publish is available once the Editor knows the original Media render your edit came from. You can't enter a job ID manually — this is an application condition, not a bug. See the Editor documentation for when this is and isn't available.
- My edits were not saved
- Use Save or Save As to save your project explicitly — the autosave indicator shows your project's current save state as you work.
Profile & Settings
- I can't edit my profile in VYRDAI
- VYRDAI's Profile page displays the profile information it can access. Profile changes are currently made from your WordPress account page at robertdosa.ro/contul-meu.
- A setting I want isn't in Settings
- Settings currently provides your analytics/privacy preference and quick access to Profile, Connected Accounts, and logging out — that's the currently available set.
Subscription & Credits
Subscription and Credits show your actual current plan and rendering balance — VYRDAI doesn't currently show billing history, invoices, or payment methods here. See Plans & Pricing for available options.
A page is empty or doesn't load
- Refresh the page.
- Navigate away and back.
- Retry the operation.
- If it's still broken, capture the visible error and report it (see below).
Reporting a problem
If none of the above resolves it, reach us through Contact. Please include what you were trying to do, which Studio area, what happened instead, the exact visible error message, a screenshot if useful, and whether retrying changed the result. Never include passwords, tokens, or payment details.
